Clinic Service Corporation provides systems which are designed to support administrative staff allowing time to concentrate on servicing patients and managing the day-to-day necessities of the administrator and provider. Administrators are able to focus on being managers and providers are able to focus on being the professional while we maximize the financial opportunities that exist for the business.

Physician Practice ManagementAlways get a live support representative 8a.m.-5p.m. (Mountain Standard Time) Monday through Friday! We are there when you need us; whether you have a question, need advice on coding, pricing, or procedures, or need a custom report, a support representative is ready to address your needs and those of your staff or patients.

  • You will work with a dedicated personal Account Bookkeeper who has prompt access to all of your account information.
  • We have an experienced Account Manager assigned to your account to conduct patient/insurance billing and collection follow-up. 

  • Our mission is to maximize your management oversight and assure that performance standards are continually met through monthly meetings with your personal CSC Account Manager.

Daily Bank Deposits – In order to maximize cash flow and minimize risks, receipts are deposited to your bank account and posted daily. We hand-deliver deposits daily to a variety of regional banks.

Electronic insurance claim submission – Through an electronic, paperless process, we deliver an average first time pass-thru rate in excess of 94%, Clinic Service Corporation’s “safety nets” stop billing errors before they leave the clinic.  In addition, our system identifies incomplete patient registrations and charge slips. Insurance claims are edited for CPT and ICD-9 errors which could cause delays or rejections.

Automated Collection System – CSC’s Tracer System provides for automatic insurance re-file. This system selects unanswered insurance claims for resubmission.

Staff Training – Our advantage is our people. It takes a year to develop an account representative. Initial training and ongoing support is provided for your staff at no additional charge. Inexperienced personnel candidates will receive “Medical Billing Techniques” training and side by side coaching. Our training program is second to none and available continuously at the CSC Study Hall.

Medical Practice Management SystemEquipment Needs –Minimal modifications are needed to connect your PC, via the internet, to our application server.  Ongoing data back-up, software upgrades, and support are included. Our system is encrypted, firewall protected and compliant with HIPAA Security requirements for internet inquiries as well as electronic claim submission.

Management Reports – In addition to the monthly reports providing accounting of your practice’s profitability and A/R aging, you have access to a vast library of pre-designed FastTrac reports upon request.  These user-friendly reports have been developed through the years in order to address the needs and concerns of our clients. Included in this library are:

  • Unpaid Claims analysis.
  • Missed Appointments (locate those superbills that get “lost” in the chart and never billed!),
  • Underpayment Reports (track your insurance contracts’ fidelity)
  • Adhoc
  • Referral Source Analysis, and much more!
