December 2013 Message from Andrew Graham

Peter Drucker, the sage of all management guru’s, once said that a CEO’s job is to find the balance between the yield from present activities with investments in an unknown, unknowable, and highly uncertain future. The reality is that these choices are judgments based on the best information we can gather at the time.  With so much changing in healthcare, it is hard to assimilate information and evaluate the facts in order to make the right decisions. Our goal at Clinic Service is to help make those judgments easier.

We have made improvements in several areas this year including:

  • Refined internal business processes
  • Created new data analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Invested in our leadership team
  • Increased our hiring
  • Enhanced training and people development, including new ICD-10 credentialing for several staff
  • Received the honor of being selected as a “Best Places to Work”
  • Researched and applied new rules and regulations to medical billing and coding
  • Invested in IT systems to further streamline reporting and analysis capabilities

Although the sea of changes in healthcare is constant, Clinic Service will continue to navigate the storm with you, steering you in the right direction to make decisions that will reduce risk and enhance your personal financial health.

Though much is changing, it is reassuring to know that for almost 40 years, Clinic Service remains relentlessly focused on our singular mission: To maximize profitability for physicians and their medical practice.

As 2014 begins to unfold, we are excited about the future and how we can personally deliver on this mission for each and every one of you.

Thank you for this opportunity to serve you. We wish the absolute best to you and your family during this holiday season.

On behalf of the entire Clinic Service team,

Andrew Graham, CEO
